Create a New Team Name here:

1. Each email address can only create one team. 
2. If you already created a team, then that team name will show below and this form will error if you try to create another new team
3. If you are already on a team and you enter a new team here, then you will be the admin of the new team.  You will no longer be a member of your old team.
4. If you enter a new team here by mistake, then ask the admin of your old team to invite you again.  
5. Each email address can only be the admin for one team
6. Each team can only have one admin
